Information Clause on Personal Data Processing – Factory Opening Event

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), we hereby inform you that:

1. The Controller of your personal data is Josera Petfood sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Paproć, ul. Leśna 37, 64-300 Nowy Tomyśl, entered in the Register of Companies of the District Court in Poznań - Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, IX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000920008, REGON: 389849886, NIP: 7882034305 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").

3. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes related to your participation in the “Factory Opening” event organized by the Controller, including:
   • registration and confirmation of participation,
   • securing accommodation and transportation,
   • handling communication and organizational matters related to the event.
4. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is:
   • Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract (in this case, participation in the event),
   • Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject,
   • Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, such as ensuring proper organization and logistics of the event.
5. Your personal data may be transferred to third-party entities involved in the organization of the event, such as:
   • hotel operators,
   • transport companies,
   • event partners or subcontractors – only to the extent necessary to properly organize your participation in the event.
6. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the preparation and execution of the event, and afterwards for the period required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
7. You have the right to:
   • access your data,
   • request rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing,
   • object to processing,
   • data portability (where applicable),
   • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for participation in the event. Failure to provide data will prevent participation.
9. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
